Subject of Proceedings: Status Conference

This being the time fixed pursuant to order of the Court for conducting a status conference in this case, Court noted the presence of counsel; Jackye Squire-Leonard, Probation Officer; and the defendant.

Court stated that it had an opportunity to review a polygraph report.

Mr. Thompson requested that an evidentiary hearing be scheduled. Court ordered the defendant to appear for evidentiary hearing at 10:00 A.M. on July 20, 2007.
