PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned, pursuant to Rule 16 of the Idaho Criminal Rules, requests discovery and inspection of the following information, evidence, and materials:
ONE: Please disclose all files and records from the Department of Probation and Parole, whether written or electronic, concerning defendant, including any and all records relating to defendant’s participation in required programming.
TWO: Please provide definitions used by the department of Probation and Parole or defendant’s treatment providers of all terms relating to defendant’s treatment contract and terms of his treatment program, which are used in any allegations of probation violations.
