This being the time fixed pursuant to order of the Court for conducting a telephone conference in an attempt to consolidate terms and conditions of probation into one document in this case, Court noted the participation of counsel in this conference call.
Colloquy was had between Court and counsel regarding the consolidation of the terms and conditions of probation into one document. Neither counsel had objection to the suggested consolidation as drafted by the Court. Court informed Mr. Wullenwaber that if defendant is seeking to amend any of the probation terms existing, he would have to notice a motion to amend up for hearing.
Mr. Thompson stated that it had been informed that Child Protection Services is opening a case and authorities there have requested that the Court release the sealed documents in this case to the Department of Health and Welfare. There being no objection from the defendant, Court instructed Mr. Thompson to submit an order authorizing the release of the requested documents and the Court would sign it.
Court informed Mr. Wullenwaber that it had received an email regarding this case that had been sent to other parties and requested that in the future, the Court’s email address not be disseminated.
Court recessed at 10:16 A.M.
