Prior to convening, Defendant’s Exhibits #121, April 18, 2007, Report of Gregory L. Wilson, Ph.D; #122, April 22, 2007, Report of Stephen E. Lindsley, M.S.; and #123, Lease Agreement, were marked.
This being the time fixed pursuant to order of the Court for review of probation in this case, Court noted the presence of counsel and the defendant.
Court noted for the record the documents it has reviewed in preparation of this hearing. Court signed the Order sealing defendant’s Exhibits #121, #122 and #123.
Mr. Thompson stated that the State has no objection to the defendant’s reintroduction into society under the supervision of the Idaho Department of Correction.
Defendant’s Exhibits #121, #122 and #123 were offered and admitted into evidence without objection.
Mr. Wullenwaber argued on behalf of the defendant. Defendant made a statement in his own behalf.
Mr. Thompson directed statement to the Court requesting that the Court extend the No Contact Order. No objection from the defendant, Court reissued the No Contact Order for the life of the defendant or until the case is dismissed. Court ordered that the No Contact Order be sealed to protect the identity of the victims.
Mr. Thompson directed statements to the Court in regard and in recommendation of probation terms.
Court released the defendant from custody, rescinding condition #19 previously imposed.
Court admonished the defendant to adhere to the remaining conditions of his probation.
Court informed the defendant of his duty to register as a sex offender and admonished him of the possible consequences of his failure to do so.
Defendant was remanded to the custody of the Latah County Sheriff for processing out.
Court recessed at 4:55 P.M., subject to call.
